Aromatherapy treatment consists of a professional therapeutic interview. This is followed by a detailed medical history of the client with a review of the medical records (if any). The following is a selection of essential oils according to symptoms and therapeutic properties, and a full body massage is performed. Part of the treatment are tips on the nutrition and use of essential oils, and directing the healing process and improving health. Aromatherapy is not a substitute for conventional treatment, but is a support and assistance to a person undergoing a particular process. Some of the conditions that often use aromatherapy are: insomnia, stress, depression, burn out syndrome, physical pain, emotional blockages ...

Techniques used in aromatherapy are: therapeutic talk, aromatherapy massage (when combined with other bodywork techniques), nutrition (diet and detox tips), breathing exercises, meditations, creative visualization and muscular guided relaxation.
