1 -1 CLASSES

KUNDALINI YOGA 1-1 is the individual and most effective form of teacher-led practice. Thanks to individual lessons, the practice will be tailored to your time and goals you want to achieve. The advantage of individual lessons over a group is the complete focus of the teacher on the student. With this approach, you will learn how to improve tailoring practice to your pace and your specific needs and abilities. Individual practice means definitely faster results. Due to the specificity of Kundalini yoga, training can be focused in detail on selected aspects, both physical and mental. Body, mind and spirit interact with one another, so the most effective way of self-development is a holistic practice at all levels at the same time. She is one of the most important assets of Kundalini yoga and what sets her apart from other types of yoga. No matter what level you are at, private yoga classes are a unique encounter with you, allowing you to build a new, better version of yourself.

Unlike in-group lessons, each yoga session is tailored to your needs and goals to ensure effective results. Individual classes are the perfect solution for people who value privacy and are time-limited. It is also a good solution for those who, for some reason, are unable to attend group classes or who do not attend classes. The individual lessons are intended for beginners who want to learn Kundalini Yoga, as well as advanced practitioners who want to deepen their practice.

THE WAY WE WORK

STEP 1: BOOK FREE CONSULTATION (BY PHONE OR BY EMAIL)

Book your free consultation and we will discuss your needs. This is an opportunity to get to know each other a little bit and see if we are a good fit.

STEP 2: WE START WITH 3 INTRODUCTORY HOURS

With an introductory package of 3 individual yoga sessions tailored to your needs for 90 minutes, you will also receive workbook to continue your home practice. This allows us to build a better relationship, and makes it easier to continue your personal practice and your progress.

STEP 3: ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION

After the first month of 3 sessions, we are working together to assess whether you will need ongoing support on a monthly basis or single follow-up with less frequency, and elaborate on the continuation of your individual plan.

With each session you will receive detailed workbook on suggested home practices as well as my additional support via phone or email. My ultimate goal for you is to be able to confidently implement personalized kundalini yoga practice, gentle strength building movements and stress management techniques into your daily routine to manage your symptoms, increase range of motion, improve sleep and increase endurance.

PRICE OF THE INTRODUCTORY PACKAGE (3X90minutes) AMOUNT 750KN

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW?

· You need comfortable clothing.

· Do not eat 2 hours before the hour.

· Tell your teacher about pregnancy or health problems.

· In case of serious health problems, consult your doctor first and follow his / her recommendations, tell the teacher what is in store.

· Do not exercise under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol, psychotropic drugs, medicines).

· Availability: advance booking of one to two weeks is recommended.

· Please arrive on time 10 minutes before the start of the hour to prepare your practice smoothly and without haste.

· It is advisable to bring a bottle of water with you.

· If you are not able to arrive on a scheduled date, please call 24 hours (no later than 12 hours in advance).

WHERE DOES THE SESSION TAKE PLACE?

If you are in Zadar, Croatia, then session is in my studio; or online if you prefer. Also if you live in another city in Croatia, sessions are held online. If you live abroad sessions are held online too.
